Full Service Package - planning meetings (up to 6) to plan, develop and finalize the details of your wedding according to negotiated budget guidelines.
- provide referrals for vendors; schedule and attend vendor meetings (up to 3 per category).
- track and coordinate vendor payments and payment due dates.
- assist with the development of the wedding theme, style and color choices according to your personal style and taste.
- attend fitting of wedding gown and assist in choosing accessories.
- provide assistance in planing the rehearsal dinner.
- assist with the accommodations for out of town guest.
- provide information on obtaining a marriage license.
- oversee the assembly of favors, programs, welcome baskets, etc.
- includes 30-day Production Package.
Premium Service Package - unlimited planning meetings to plan, develop and finalize the details of your wedding according to negotiated budget guidelines.
- provide vendor referrals; schedule and attend vendor meetings and may act as a liaison for the bride and groom.
- track, coordinate and make payments to vendors as a representative for the bride and groom.
- negotiate vendor contracts and assist in finalizing the details.
- manage guest list and all RSVP's.
- develop seating chart for reception.
- plan rehearsal dinner with regards to budget and guest count.
- coordinate all final vendor payments and fees.
- includes Full Service Package.
Wedding Day Coordination (included in all packages) - assist with vendor set-up at ceremony and reception venues.
- distribute final payments and tips to vendors as requested.
- provide an emergency kit for any last minutes challenges.
- assist in the delivery of wedding day attire for the bridal party.
- coordinate the timing of the wedding party during the ceremony.
- coordinate the transportation of personal items from the ceremony to the reception.
- coordinate the bride and groom's exit.
- return all rental items.
